Participate in a 90-day probation review sharing feedback regarding strengths and areas of opportunity. Provide additional training as needed on systems (Suno), processes, and professional requirements.

5. Provider Check-ins: Regularly meet with providers to ensure they are supported and performing well. Offer feedback and recommendations to the Senior National Provider Manager but do not conduct formal annual reviews.

6. Market Coverage / Support: Collaborate with providers to evaluate and enhance location coverage and Time to First Appointment benchmarks. Ensure that patient appointments are scheduled within 13 business days to meet company metrics.

7. Quality Assurance: Support the implementation of quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of audiology services.

8. Technology Integration: Stay updated on the latest audiology-related technologies and help integrate them into the practice to improve patient outcomes.

9. Continuing Education: Stay current with industry advancements and encourage providers to participate in ongoing education to enhance their skills.
