Telehealth Visits Now Available
In light of recent health concerns regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, we have put into place additional measures to ensure the safety and health of our patients and staff. Innovative Hearing is now offering a telehealth option for office visits.
Services include wireless troubleshooting, ordering supplies, and repair support.
Please note: Commercial insurance coverage may vary and questions about coverage should be directed to your insurance provider.
Scheduling of a telehealth visit can be accomplished through our dedicated phone appointment line or by requesting an appointment online. Appointments can be conducted over the phone, or by video conference. For a video conference, you will need to have access to an internet browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) and should have a good internet connection, with functioning audio and video capabilities (computer preferred, but smart-phone will work as well).
Please find a quiet, private location to communicate. Write down problems and questions ahead of time.
