Our office is located in the Regus office of Three Town Center at 10121 SE Sunnyside Rd, Suite 300, Clackamas, Oregon, 97015.

Please note that some of our locations do not have much external signage, so please see the detailed instructions below for driving and parking directions, office policies and more.

OFFICE ACCESS

Our office is located within the Regus office at Three Town Center. The office complex is conveniently located at a the 155, 156 and SAM bus stop.

Once inside, please check in with Regus staff, who will let your provider know you have arrived.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
