Our office is located in Regus at 1433 N Water Street, Suite 400, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53202.

Office access

When you walk in, you’ll enter a main lobby and the elevators will be nearby. Take the elevator to the fourth floor, then follow the hallway signage to Suite 400.

Please check in with reception and they’ll let your provider know you have arrived.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
