Innovative Hearing has many convenient locations in the San Antonio area and throughout Texas.
Our office is located within the Regus Suite of Promenade One: 17806 IH 10, Suite 300, San Antonio, Texas, 78257.
Please note that some of our locations do not have external signage, so please see the detailed instructions below for driving and parking directions, office policies and more.

BUILDING ACCESS
Regus Eilan is located in Promenade One (office building with the tower) in front of Ruth's Chris Steakhouse.
There is free parking in the middle of the two buildings in visitor parking. The building is wheelchair accessible at any entrance, with a drop-off area in front of the building.
Elevators are located straight ahead of the front doors. Go to the third floor to Suite 300 - look for the glass doors.
Please note: When you arrive at the Regus Suite, you will need to call the number listed on the door to let the staff know that you have arrived.
The front desk staff will then let you in and will notify your provider that you have arrived.
LATE POLICY
If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
