Please note that some of our locations do not have much external signage, so please see the detailed instructions below for driving and parking directions, office policies and more.

parking & OFFICE ACCESS

Our office is located within the Regus office. When you turn onto Enterprise, you'll see a large whale statue at the entrance. Look for a sign on the middle barrier with numbers and directions. You’re looking for building 15. Follow the sign that says 15-25, turning left. Continue straight until you reach a parking structure labeled Summit. Parking is free, and you can park in any space that isn’t marked "reserved" or has a black line on the ground.

After parking, walk out of the parking structure and head straight down the trail. On your right, you’ll see building 15. Enter through the double glass doors. Take the elevator to level 2. Once there, look for the sign that says Regus 250 and enter through the white glass door.

Please note: You may need to call the number posted on the door to be let in, as front desk staff may be assisting other offices. They’ll let your provider know you have arrived.


LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
