Our office is located in the Regus office at 23046 Avenida de la Carlota, Suite #600, Laguna Hills, California, 92653.
Please note that some of our locations do not have much external signage, so please see the detailed instructions below for driving and parking directions, office policies and more.

OFFICE ACCESS
Our office is located within the Regus office in Carlota Plaza. Free parking is available outside; entrances are accessible. Please take the elevator to the sixth floor and check in with Regus staff, who will let your provider know you have arrived.
Please note: If you encounter a locked door, it may be that front desk staff are assisting other offices - call the number posted on the door and they will come to let you in.
LATE POLICY
If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
