driving & parking

The easiest transit reference point is the Nassau Avenue G station, which is one of the closest subway stops to 750 Manhattan Ave. Use “750 Manhattan Ave” as the GPS destination and confirm the building number on arrival. Look for the sign on the building exterior, “Class & Co.” and note that our office is located within the Regus office.

Subway:
Nassau Avenue Station – The closest subway station, served by the G train and approximately a short walk from the location.
Greenpoint Avenue Station – Another nearby G train option.
Bedford Avenue Station – A nearby alternative served by the L train.

Bus: MTA bus service is available nearby along Manhattan Avenue, including routes such as the B24, B32, and B43 depending on the stop location. Additional nearby bus connections include stops around Manhattan Avenue and Nassau Avenue.

From Manhattan: Take the G train from a connecting subway line to Nassau Avenue, then walk to 750 Manhattan Ave.
Another option is to take the L train to Bedford Avenue and connect by bus or walk.

From Queens: The G train provides a direct connection through Greenpoint and Long Island City areas.From Manhattan (West):
Take the Williamsburg Bridge or Queensboro Bridge connections toward Brooklyn/Queens, then follow local streets into Greenpoint. Continue to Manhattan Avenue and 750 Manhattan Ave.

From Queens (East): Take the Pulaski Bridge or nearby routes from Long Island City into Greenpoint. Follow local streets to Manhattan Avenue.

From Brooklyn (South): Take the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278) toward the Greenpoint/Williamsburg area, exit toward local streets, and continue to Manhattan Avenue.

From North Brooklyn: Follow local roads south toward Greenpoint and continue along Manhattan Avenue to the building.

Parking Information:

Street Parking: Metered and curb parking may be available near Manhattan Avenue, but availability can be limited due to the busy Greenpoint neighborhood. Check posted signs carefully for meter rules, alternate-side parking, loading zones, and time limits.

Nearby Parking Garages:
Regus Manhattan Ave. may have building-specific visitor information - please check signs closely, as rates can change.
Icon Parking - Tower 77 Parking LLC Garage provides nearby off-street parking in Greenpoint.
MPG Parking offers another nearby Greenpoint parking option.Greenpoint Sidewalk Clock – Historic cast-iron street clock on Manhattan Avenue, a recognizable neighborhood landmark just a few blocks away.
Greenpoint Av Station – G train station at Manhattan Avenue and Greenpoint Avenue; a useful transit landmark for visitors.
Msgr. McGolrick Park – Large historic neighborhood park nearby, located between Nassau Avenue and Driggs Avenue.
WNYC Transmitter Park – Waterfront park on the East River with views of the Manhattan skyline.
Greenpoint Landing Esplanade – Waterfront promenade and park area along the East River.
St. Anthony of Padua – St. Alphonsus Parish – Historic church landmark on Manhattan Avenue.
Newtown Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant – Large, distinctive municipal facility and local reference point.

Please be sure to bring your state ID or identification, as the security desk staff may request it, and mention you are there for Innovative Hearing in the HQ offices.

If you have specific accessibility needs (e.g., reserved accessible parking validation), please contact the building reception before arrival, as they can best address any questions and offer advice on parking and access.

Our office doors may be locked so please knock and wait to be let in. The front desk staff will then let you in and will notify your provider that you have arrived.


late policy

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
