driving & PARKING

When you arrive at 8400 Normandale Lake Blvd, you’ll be at a large office building in a business district with multiple similar buildings nearby. Parking is free. Easy drop-off - right in front of the building.

Office access

Enter through the main doors into a large lobby. From there, take the elevator to the 9th floor. Once you get off, follow the suite numbers to HQ Suite 920.

Please note: If the door is closed, please knock, then check in with reception and they’ll let your provider know you have arrived.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
