Our office is located in Regus at 1650 West End Blvd., Suite 100, St. Louis Park, Minnesota, 55416.

driving & PARKING

When you arrive at 1650 West End Blvd, you’ll be in a newer, upscale office and retail area called The Shops at West End. We are located in the Regus office - Suite 100.

Parking: There are large parking garages and surface lots nearby.

Drop-off: Best drop-off is directly in front of the building entrance or in the main shopping area loopA

Office access

Once inside, you can find us in Suite 100. If the door is closed, please knock, then check in with reception and they’ll let your provider know you have arrived.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
