Our office is located in Spaces at 1330 Lagoon Ave, 4th Floor, Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55408.

Please note that some of our locations do not have external signage, so please see the detailed instructions below for driving and parking directions, office policies and more.

driving & PARKING

Directions: When you arrive at 1330 Lagoon Avenue, you’ll be in the Uptown Minneapolis area, which is a busy, mixed-use neighborhood with shops and offices. The buildings have retail on the ground level with offices above. Look for the main entrance along Lagoon Avenue. The address will be posted near the door - we’re in the Spaces office.

Parking: There are nearby parking ramps and paid lots. Street parking is available but may be limited and is metered.

Drop-off: Best drop-off is directly on Lagoon Avenue, if traffic allows.

Office access

Once inside, you’ll find a lobby with an elevator and possibly a directory. Head to the elevators and go up to the 4th floor. When you step off the elevator, check the hallway signage to find the correct suite.

Please note: If the door is closed, please knock, then check in with reception and they’ll let your provider know you have arrived.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
