Our office is located in Regus at 11670 Fountains Drive, Suite 200, Maple Grove, Minnesota, 55369.

driving & PARKING

When you arrive at 11670 Fountains Drive, you’ll be in a business park area near The Fountains at Arbor Lakes. The building is a standard suburban office building, and the address should be visible outside. Parking here is free and very convenient.

Drop-off is easiest right at the front entrance.

Office access

Go through the main entrance into the lobby. Inside, there is a directory listing the suites, along with clear signage toward the elevators - follow signs for Regus.

Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Once you get off, follow the hallway signage to Suite 200.

If the door is closed, please knock, then check in with reception and they’ll let your provider know you have arrived.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
