Our office is located in Regus at 5125 County Road 101, 2nd Floor, Minnetonka, Minnesota, 55345.

driving & PARKING

When you arrive at 5125 County Road 101, you’ll be at a suburban office-style building. There is a large parking lot right outside and curbside drop-off is easiest directly at the front entrance.

Office access

Go in through the main doors into the lobby area. Inside, you will see signage or a directory to help guide you - follow signs for Regus. From there, head to the elevators and go up to the 2nd floor.

Please note: If the door is closed, please knock, then check in with reception and they’ll let your provider know you have arrived.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
