Our office is located in Regus at 6385 Old Shady Oak Rd., Suite 250, Eden Prairie, Minnesota, 55344.

driving & PARKING

When you arrive at 6385 Old Shady Oak Road, you’ll be at a suburban office building.

There is an on-site parking lot that is free. Drop-off is easy right at the front entrance.

Office access

Enter through the main doors into a lobby area. Inside, there is a directory and clear signage to the elevators. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Once you exit, follow the hallway signs to Regus Suite 250.

Please note: If the door is closed, please knock, then check in with reception and they’ll let your provider know you have arrived.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
