Our office is located in HQ at 10920 W Lincoln Avenue, Unit D, West Allis, Wisconsin, 53227.

driving & PARKING

Our office is located within the HQ suite in Unit D.

Parking is a free lot right in front, and drop-off is directly at the entrance.

Public Transit: Bus routes run along Lincoln Avenue.

Driving: From I-894, take the Lincoln Avenue exit. Head west on Lincoln Avenue. Stay on Lincoln — the building will be along the street.

Office access

You’ll enter directly into the suite - no stairs or elevator necessary. Please check in with reception and they’ll let your provider know you have arrived.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
