Our office is located in Regus at 10150 W National Ave, 2nd Floor, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53227.

driving & PARKING

Our office is located within the Regus suite on the second floor.

Parking is a free surface lot, and drop-off is right at the entrance.

Driving Directions: From I-894, take the National Avenue exit. Head west on National Avenue. Stay on National — the building will be along the main road. If coming from the west, just head east on National Avenue and look for the address.

Public Transit: Bus routes along National Ave.

Office access

Once inside, you can find us in Suite 100. When you walk in, the elevator will be close to the lobby, take it to the second floor, then follow signage to the suite. Please check in with reception and they’ll let your provider know you have arrived.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
