Our office is located in Regus at 9000 W. Chester Street, Suite 100, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53214.

driving & PARKING

Our office is located within the Regus suite of the Honey Creek Corporate Building - Suite 100.

Driving: From I-94, take the 84th Street exit. Head north, then turn toward Chester Street.

Parking: You’ll find a surface lot that is free, with curbside drop-off right in front of the entrance.

Public Transit: Use bus routes along 84th Street.

Office access

Once inside, you can find us in Suite 100. Please note: If the suite door is locked, please knock.

Check in with reception and they’ll let your provider know you have arrived.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
