Our office is located in HQ at 6080 S. 108th Street, 1st Floor, Hales Corners, Wisconsin, 53130.

driving & PARKING

Our office is located within HQ in on the first floor.

Parking is free surface parking, and the best drop-off spot is right at the main entrance.

Driving directions: From I-43 or I-894, head toward 108th Stree. Go south on 108th Street. The building will be along the main road.

Public Transit: Use bus routes run along 108th Street.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
