Our office is located in Regus at 120 Bishops Way, 1st Floor, Brookfield, Wisconsin, 53005.

driving & PARKING

Our office is located within the Regus suite on the first floor. We’re very close to Brookfield Square Mall and minutes from Interstate 94.

Driving Directions: From I-94, take Moorland Road exit. Head north, then turn into the office park near Bishops Way.

Parking is free and directly in front of the office. The best drop-off point is right at the suite entrance.

Office access

Please check in with reception and they’ll let your provider know you have arrived. If the door is closed or locked, please just knock and staff will let you in.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
