This office is located in the Regus Suite in Building 3 at 9205 West Russell Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89148.

driving & parking

Please note that we are located in Building 3 of Regus Las Vegas in The Gramercy.

The Gramercy is located in the Southwest area just off the 215 Beltway near Russell Rd. & S Fort Apache Rd. There is a big G statue that you can see from Russel Rd. that will indicate that you have arrived. There is free parking; the closest free parking to our office is going to be the lot in front of The Ellison Apartments. Once you park, you can walk towards the courtyard and our office is in building 3, floor 2. Suite 240.

If taking a rideshare service or being dropped off, they can drop you off in front of Pinches Tacos restaurant and you can make your way into the courtyard then to building 3. Once you enter into the glass doors of building 3, you will use the elevators to your left to go up to floor 2. After reaching floor 2, you will take a right down the hallway looking for Suite 240.

Served by RTC Transit (Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada). Nearby east‑west routes include:

Route 201B on Russell Road (west loop; full 24‑hour service on 201A)

Route 104 (Valley View) intersects Russell and nearby roads — connecting to major transit hubs including Bonneville Transit Center (BTC) and South Strip Transit Terminal (SSTT)

Recommend travelers use RTC’s trip planner or Google Maps to find exact boarding stops; validate current schedules as services can change.Easily accessible via I‑215 Beltway, providing quick access to McCarran (Harry Reid) International Airport (~10–14 min drive) and downtown Las Vegas

The Gramercy offers both surface parking and two levels of subterranean parking with a parking ratio of about 4.5 spaces per 1,000 sq ft

Advise visitors to park in either of the secure underground garages or the front surface lot for easy lobby access.

Accessibility note: We do have a one centralized wheelchair accessible ramp towards the middle of the building next to Pinches Tacos and is an elevator that goes up to our office. We do not have automatic doors in the building.

Our office doors will be locked so please knock and wait to be let in. The front desk staff will then let you in and will notify your provider that you have arrived.

late policy

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
