Our office is located in the Regus Suite at 10752 Deerwood Park Blvd, SouthWaterview II, Suite 100, Jacksonville, Florida, 32256.
Please note that some of our locations do not have external signage, so please see the detailed instructions below for driving and parking directions, office policies and more.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From Interstate 295, take exit 54 (Gate Parkway). Turn west from the light and drive 2.2 miles. Turn right at Deerwood Park Boulevard. Follow this road until it ends and turn right. There are two buildings positioned like a V - the building on your left is our location. It says Market Source on the top right of the building and Allegis on the top left.
Or from the 202 (JTB): get off at Gate Parkway then turn west and drive for 1/5 mile. Turn left at Deerwood Park Boulevard. Follow this road until it ends and turn right. The building on your left is our office. It says Market Source on the top right of the building and Allegis on the top left.
OFFICE ACCESS
When you come into the building, immediately on your right will be office 100.
At the Regus Suite, you may need to call the number listed on the door to let the staff know that you have arrived, as they may be assisting other offices.
The front desk staff will then let you in and will notify your provider that you have arrived.
LATE POLICY
If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
