We are located in the Regus Suite at 50 N. Laura St Suite 2500 Jacksonville, FL 32202.
Please note that some of our locations do not have external signage, so please see the detailed instructions below for driving and parking directions, office policies and more.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Our office is located on the corner of W. Forsyth and N. Laura Street. There is a parking deck attached to the building that is accessible from W. Forsyth.
Our office in the Regus Suite is the tall, black, Bank of America building. Once inside the building, take elevators on the left to the 25th floor for the Regus Suite.
OFFICE ACCESS
Please note: Once at the Regus Suite, you may need to call the number listed on the door to let the staff know that you have arrived, as they may be assisting other offices.
The front desk staff will then let you in and will notify your provider that you have arrived.
LATE POLICY
If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
