We are located in the Regus Suite at 822 N. A1A Hwy. Suite 310 Ponte Vedra, FL 32082.
Please note that some of our locations do not have external signage, so please see the detailed instructions below for driving and parking directions, office policies and more.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Off of A1A, turn into the driveway between two identical buildings - our office is on the left.
There is free, uncovered parking with reserved accessible spots available for one or two hour parking. We recommend parking here, if possible.
At the entrance of our building, look for signs for Fidelity.
Once inside, come straight in the doors and at the end of the lobby, take the bank fo elevators on the right. We're on the third floor.
Just to your right, go to the right for two glass doors to check in with reception.
OFFICE ACCESS
Please note: At the Regus Suite, you may need to call the number listed on the door to let the staff know that you have arrived, as they may be helping other offices.
Once inside, the front desk staff will then let you in and will notify your provider that you have arrived.
LATE POLICY
If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
