Our office is located in the Regus Suite of the West Loop I & II complex: 6575 West Loop South, Suite 500, Bellaire, Texas

Please note that some of our locations do not have external signage, so please see the detailed instructions below for driving and parking directions, office policies and more.

Go to the building on the right side and take the elevator to the fifth floor for Regus.

Please note: When you arrive at the Regus Suite, you will need to call the number listed on the door to let the staff know that you have arrived.

The front desk staff will then let you in and will notify your provider that you have arrived.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
