Our office is located within the Regus Suite at the Northbelt Airport building: 363 N Sam Houston Parkway E, Suite 1100, Houston, Texas, 77060.
Please note that some of our locations do not have external signage, so please see the detailed instructions below for driving and parking directions, office policies and more.

Driving Directions
Take Imperial Drive, take a left and go down one block, then turn left in the parking lot. You’ll go to the elevator, then the 11th floor to the Regus Suite.
Please note: When you arrive at the Regus Suite, you will need to call the number listed on the door to let the staff know that you have arrived.
The front desk staff will then let you in and will notify your provider that you have arrived.
LATE POLICY
If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
