DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Please note: Only paid, valet parking is available at this location. There is a DART Rail stop across the street from the building on N. Saint Paul St. We are in the Regus office in the the high-rise tower with two blue stripes at the very top. Parking at this location is valet only. When passing the Dart Rail tracks, it will be the second entrance into the building where you will be on the underground level for Valet. From there, you’ll go up the escalators and choose the second to last elevator bay towards your right-hand side. The best place for the driver to park for drop offs is just a bit up ahead ,passing the second entrance to the valet parking garage. Yes, if you are at the valet parking, a team member there will help guide you to our floor via the freight elevator.

If you are on the street level, security will be able to guide you to the correct elevator up. Depending on if you are coming from valet parking, you drop off the car there, will get handed a blue ticket voucher for your car from a staff member there, you’ll go through the glass doors, up the escalators, and walk towards the elevators on your right-hand side. Take the second to last elevator from your right-hand side up the 31st floor. As soon as you get off the elevators, first thing you see is reception and you have arrived. Please mention you’re there for Innovative Hearing. The front desk staff will then let you in and will notify your provider that you have arrived.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
