Our office is located in SPACES. Look for a large brick industrial building with “Linde Air” on its chimney, near the Wegmans on Amherst Street and Thin Man Brewery.

Enter through the main 155 Chandler Street entrance. Look for the lobby/reception area for SPACES. Check in with reception, mentioning you’re there for Innovative Hearing, and they will let your provider know you have arrived.

late policy

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
