Our office is located in the Regus office at 529 Main Street, Suite 200, Charlestown, Massachusetts, 02129.

Please note that some of our locations do not have much external signage, so please see the detailed instructions below for driving and parking directions, office policies and more.

OFFICE ACCESS

Our center is located in the Schrafft's Center, which is a large and highly visible building. It can be seen from both the highway and the Sullivan Square train station, which is the nearest subway station.

Parking is free in the guest parking slots. The parking lot is directly behind our building, which is a small building in the Schrafft's Center called the Powerhouse Building.

To access our office in the Regus center: walk through the Powerhouse Building's front door and take the stairs or elevator up to the second floor. If getting dropped off, the driver will be able to pull up to the front door of the Powerhouse Building. After entering the building, use the stairs or elevator to access the second floor.

Please check in with reception and mention you’re there for Innovative Hearing.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
