Driving Directions

We are located in the Regus Suite of Old Town Square Building, facing I-35 just south of Hwy 79, Building 1, 4th Floor, Suite 450.

From the south, Take IH 35 south, exit Highway 79. Go to light, take left and left onto IH 35 North passing Starbucks, Popeyes and a bank on the right side. Take a right on Sunset and an immediate left into Old Town Square office park. 

From the north, Take IH 35 North exit Highway 79, stay on frontage road, cross over Highway 79. Look for a Starbucks, Popeyes and bank on your right side. Take a right onto Sunset and an immediate left into Old Town Square office park. It is the four story building closest to IH 35 on the fourth floor.

parking

Free parking is available outside of the building. If the building parking area is full, there is additional free parking in the lot next door to the building. For curbside drop-off, direct your driver to the front of the doors of building 1 .

office access

After entering the building, walk straight ahead to reach the elevators and proceed to 4th floor.

Once inside, take the elevator to the fourth floor. Please note: When you arrive outside of the Regus Suite, you may to call the number listed on the door to let the staff know that you have arrived, as they may be assisting other offices. The front desk staff will then let you in and will notify your provider that you have arrived.


late policy

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
