Our office is located in the Regus Suite at the Mercantile Center at 4500 Mercantile Plaza, Suite 300, Fort Worth, Texas 76137.

Please note that some of our locations do not have external signage, so please see the detailed instructions below for driving and parking directions, office policies and more.

DRIVING & parking directions

Our office is located in the Regus Suite at the Mercantile Plaza at 4500 Mercantile Plaza, Suite 300, Fort Worth, Texas 76137. We are located off of 35W and Meacham Blvd. We are the only building on this corner.

To receive the most accurate directions, please make sure to input “Plaza” when typing the address into your navigation system.

There is parking in the front and back of the building. Entrance doors are located in the center of the building on both sides. Curbside drop-off is available at either center entrance of the building.

Public Transit:

Mercantile Plaza is accessible via Trinity Metro services:

Bus: Route 11 (North Beach/Downtown) operates between Mercantile Center Station and FWCS - Bay - A, with stops near Mercantile Plaza.

Light Rail: The TEXRail line serves the Mercantile Center Station, providing connections to downtown Fort Worth and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

After walking into the building, make your way to the elevator and press the button to call it. Inside the elevator, please press 3. When you exit the elevator, make your way through the glass doors on your left to the front desk for assistance. Please mention you are there for Innovative Hearing.

Please note: When you arrive at the Regus Suite, you will need to call the number listed on the door to let the staff know that you have arrived.

The front desk staff will then let you in and will notify your provider that you have arrived.


LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
