Our office is located in the Regus Suite in the Western Insurance Building: 5601 Bridge Street, Suite 300, Fort Worth, Texas, 76112.

Please note that some of our locations do not have external signage, so please see the detailed instructions below for driving and parking directions, office policies and more.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Our office is located in the Regus Suite in the Western Insurance Building: 5601 Bridge Street, Suite 300, Fort Worth, Texas, 76112. Our building is the only five story, glass buiding on Bridge Street. Western Insurance signage is on the east side and Communities in Schools signage is on the west side of the building.

Parking is available all around the building, which is wheelchair accessible. The north side of the building has ramp access. Our office is located on the third floor.

Please note: When you arrive at the Regus Suite, you may need to call the number listed on the door to let the staff know that you have arrived.

The front desk staff will then let you in and will notify your provider that you have arrived.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
