Our office is located in the Regus Suite in the Cedar Ridge Office Park at 950 E. State Highway 114, Suite 160, Southlake, Texas, 76092.
Please note that some of our locations do not have external signage, so please see the detailed instructions below for driving and parking directions, office policies and more.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Our office is located in the Regus Suite in the Cedar Ridge Office Park at 950 E. State Highway 114, Suite 160, Southlake, Texas, 76092.
From 114 East: look for Carroll Avenue Exit. Turn left at the light off Carrol,l then left again to the 114 Service Road. Turn right into the third opening which will say Cedar Ridge Office Park. For drop off: Keep straight and ask to be dropped off at the building marked 950. If driving yourself, look for 950 and park anywhere marked visitor parking.
From the West: Take the Carrol Avenue exit, go through the light on 114 Service Road and turn right into the third opening, which will say Cedar Ridge Office Park.
Once Inside: Take the elevators to first floor - exit elevator to the right and walk down the hall and Suite #160 will be on your left. Check in and mention you are there for Innovative Hearing. The front desk staff will then let you in and will notify your provider that you have arrived.
LATE POLICY
If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
