Our office is located in the Regus Suite in within the Vineyard Center at 1452 Hughes Road, Suite 200, Grapevine, Texas 76051.

Please note that some of our locations do not have external signage, so please see the detailed instructions below for driving and parking directions, office policies and more.

driving DIRECTIONS & Office access

From TX-121:
Take the Glade Road exit and merge onto the access road.
Turn right onto Hughes Road; the destination will be on the left.

From Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport:
Take the ramp onto International Parkway.
Exit onto TX-114 W toward TX-121 S/Grapevine/Ft Worth.
Slight left onto TX-121.
Exit toward Glade Road and merge onto William D Tate Avenue.
Turn left toward William D Tate Avenue, then slight left onto William D Tate Avenue.
Slight right to stay on William D Tate Avenue.
Take the second right onto Hughes Road; the destination will be on the left.

Please note: GPS directions for this location can be a little confusing. Building 1452 (which does not have a clear number on it) is towards the back. Look for the Regus sign on the building exterior.

Our office is located in the Regus Suite in within the Vineyard Center at 1452 Hughes Road, Suite 200.

There is a building that says Vineyard when you first pull into the parking lot, and we are the building BEHIND that one.

Our office is located in the second building on the second floor. Parking is available all around the building, which is wheelchair accessible. You can just walk across the parking lot to under the awning where the main entrance is located, and you can enter our building that way. For drop-off, ask your driver to temporarily park in the area underneath the awning at the main entrance.

Upon entering the front doors, walk up the staircase to the second floor or take the elevator. You will see the staircase immediately upon entering. Once on the second floor, the door on the right side opens to the front desk. Please check in and mention you’re there for Innovative Hearing.

Please note: When you arrive at the Regus Suite, you will need to call the number listed on the door to let the staff know that you have arrived.

The front desk staff will then let you in and will notify your provider that you have arrived.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
