DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Our office is located in the Regus Suite in Mockingbird Towers at 1341 W. Mockingbird Lane, Suite 600W, Dallas, Texas, 75247.

The building is fairly distinct from a distance. There is an East and West Tower and the windows are tinted gold. These can be seen close by from a Jack in the Box and QT Gas station if coming from highway 35E.

Parking is free. We recommend parking by the West Tower either near the Regions Bank drive-through or at the surface level parking going up the ramp. Wheelchair accessibility from the parking garage is limited to the top floor of the parking garage. The ramp is next to the West Tower entrance.

For drop-off, we recommend either right in front of the West Tower entrance next to the Regions Bank drive through, or by the accessible parking going up the ramp. There is a walkway that leads to the West Tower entrance.

There are two sets of double-doors to enter through, down the hallway and to the right. The doors on the ground level by the main entrances are all unlocked and can be pulled/pushed open. Once inside, head to the 6th floor. You’ll see an entrance right next to the elevators as they come out through the double doors. Once you’ve arrived, please check in with reception and mention you’re there for Innovative Hearing.

The front desk staff will then let you in and will notify your provider that you have arrived.


LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
