DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Our office is located within the Regus Suite in the Prosperity Bank Building: 9330 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, Suite 900, Dallas, Texas, 75243. The building is located at the corner of LBJ and Forest Lane, behind the Walmart, facing Forest Lane.

Parking is available by the entrance of the tower. Covered parking is available up ramps in the parking garage. Curbside drop-off is easiest at the covered driveway at the front of the Prosperity Building. Our office is located on the ninth floor. After entering through the front entrance, head to the elevator and select the 9th floor. When exiting the elevator, reception is to the right. Please mention you’re there for Innovative Hearing.

Please note: When you arrive at the Regus Suite, you may need to call the number listed on the door to let the staff know that you have arrived, as the staff may be assisting other offices.

The front desk staff will then let you in and will notify your provider that you have arrived.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
