DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Look for signs for Dick’s Uptown Cafe - our office is on the right side of the building. Parking is available all around the building, which is wheelchair accessible. Our office is located on the second floor in the Regus Suite.

Please note: When you arrive at the Regus Suite, you will need to call the number listed on the door to let the staff know that you have arrived.

The front desk staff will then let you in and will notify your provider that you have arrived.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
