DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Our office is located within the Regus Suite on Floor 1 of the McArthur Center: 5605 North MacArthur Boulevard, 10th Floor, Irving, Texas, 75038.
Look for the tall brown building at the corner of Highway 114 and MacArthur Boulevard in Irving. After turning in from MacArthur, parking is located to the right. It’s free, and there are 2-hour parking spots available near the entrance. Your rideshare driver can drop you off right by the entrance, next to the 2-hour parking spots.
Once inside, proceed to the elevators and head to the 10th floor. When you step out, you’ll see the center desk right ahead. Please check in with reception and mention you’re there for Innovative Hearing. The front desk staff will then let you in and will notify your provider that you have arrived.
LATE POLICY
If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will ensure the quality and timeliness of every patient's care.
